Booking & deposit
A date is reserved only once the agreed deposit is received. A booking request submitted through the website does not guarantee the date until confirmed.
Payments
The remaining balance is settled before the event date or as agreed in writing.
Cancellation & rescheduling
If the client cancels, the deposit is retained to cover the reserved date. Rescheduling can be discussed subject to availability.
Delivery
Edited photographs are delivered in a private online gallery within the timeframe stated in the chosen package.
